We believe that mortgages should be as simple and stress-free as possible. Here’s how our mortgage process works and what you can expect from us at each step.
Analysis & Pre-Qualification
Our team learns everything we can about your situation to develop a solution to fit your lending needs. We meet all borrowers in person and answer all questions you might have about payments, rates, and the mortgage process.
The Mortgage Process
Throughout each step of the process, we'll help you understand what is happening, how the process works, and what we can do to help. Once your loan is approved, we will perform our due diligence/underwriting. This includes ordering an appraisal, title work, visiting the property. For owner-occupied property loans, you will be required to complete a counseling session from a HUD approved counselor (course can be completed online).
Follow Up
For us, the process doesn't end at closing. We make sure that you're treated like a friend and colleague after the process. We will maintain contact to make sure all questions are answered. In many cases, we work with our borrowers and build an “exit strategy” to help them refinance into a conventional or government loan.
